Interview with Dr. Elizabeth Strawbridge and Genell Vashro Huston

I was recently interviewed by Dr. Elizabeth Strawbridge and yoga teacher Genell Vashro Huston during a lovely three week cleanse they led. This was a cleanse in the largest sense offering invitations to take a look at patterns and habits we might want to change as winter approaches. It was an honor for me.
